The car I was interested in, looked beautiful online and when I arrived it was not drivable. It should be disclosed it had no battery. They were waiting on parts.

Had a good experience with this dealership. Car was as described and I am happy with it.

Flew into San Diego with the expectation that everything was in working order on the vehicle and safe to drive 14 hours back home. I was guaranteed everything worked. I asked a million questions and told the car was in amazing conditions. I showed up after ubering from the airport to a complete dirty office. Car was brought up and was filthy. They knew I was coming and didn’t take the time to ensure the car was ready to go. I take the car for a test drive and the steering wheel is shake rattle and rolling. It was awful. They tried to tell me this is how Mercedes drives. I told them this ms my 4th Mercedes and they do not drive like this. Then when we got back to the dealership, the other sales person said that they just took someone for a test drove in it and they hit a pot hole and it bent the rim. Lie lie lie. Then the dash lights were on stating lights were out. I said you knew I was coming and had plenty of time to make sure that the was was as stated. Do not purchase a car from this slum so called dealership. Nothing they said was honest. I spent $1500 flying there to nothing but lies.
