Friendly service. The lack of junk fees and charges make the buying experience a lot less stressful in terms of negotiation. Steven Salazar was amazing and friendly. I didnt feel like I was just another deal to him. Great experience!

I can’t speak on the sales department, but you are the company you keep. Please do NOT take your car to this service department. I worked with Josh, the advisor, and Mike, the service manager. The whole department is incompetent and unprofessional. My car had a check engine light on since November and they kept clearing it out and sending me home. No big deal… I took it in AGAIN a couple weeks ago for my oil change and asked them to look in to it… again. They went ahead and “took care” of a recall, and I stupidly accepted a fuel induction service (I was told this would fix my check engine issue) and lifetime adjustments for $515. Took it home that night and it immediately started misfiring on all four cylinders and throwing up every light on the dash, going into ESC mode. Over the next week, it came home and returned to the dealership for the same issue three times. They said it was the radar and I needed to take it to a body shop instead. First sign they wanted to wash their hands of the problem they created. On the last time, my husband told them that they needed to figure it out because this wasn’t something that was happening before they did the work. My husband is extremely knowledgeable about cars and has done my car maintenance for 16 years, but he doesn’t have the equipment for all the electric components necessary for maintaining newer Kia’s. We have family that work specifically with ADAS at a master level telling us it was not the radar... saying it was something they did wrong during the alignment. He tried telling them what it all meant and they refused to take care of their issue because they trust their mechanic. Y'all research Kia mechanics and the “schooling” required and that will tell you all you everything you need to know. Told us we would have to pay $600 for them to do any further diagnosis… just looking at it… and if we didn’t like it, we could pick up our car and take it somewhere else. I loved my K5, but a 2022 model Kia definitely shouldn’t be having these issues and if this is the service from Kia I would deal with moving forward, PASS… Thus, we picked it up and immediately traded it in for a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE.. the most reliable car on the market with direct Toyota provided warranty that covers EVERY ISSUE WITH YOUR CAR. Will not buy Kia again.. will discourage from buying Kia’s…will tell everyone about this service dept… and I am contacting Kia corporate just to let them know. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Dell was fantastic - can’t say enough about our experience with him. He was thoughtful and went the extra mile to help us buy before we moved our son to Texas. It made the pickup very quick and easy too

Dishonest with pricing, had a written contact, waited a year for the car, and then they completely changed prices on me. Service department is also very dishonest. Would not recommend car or location.

I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. I watched not only how they dealt with me but all the customers either buying a new car or receiving service. Even the way they handled giving me a ride 30 miles home. Honestly, it seems like Kia dealerships are the best I've gotten to work with and I've bought cars from park place and sewell (puke). If you're in the market for any kind of vehicle Kia Granbury was TOP NOTCH.

Gavin was great. He's no-pressure and wants to make sure you find what you're looking for. Customer centered and not dealship centered.

Kept my 2012 Kia Sorrento for 5 weeks. Called me and said "come get it". Took it in for vibration and they "COULD NOT REPAIR IT". Not only that issue but there is an issue with Air Bag Light which is a safety issue. We requested this to be addressed 7 times during the 5 weeks. Never was addressed. Will not use them again!!! Charged $200 for diagnostic, paid it.

Lana Williams was absolutely amazing !!! Took her time and made sure I had the vehicle that fit my needs. Top notch. If you want a pleasant experience see Lana. Also Dawn, Melissa and Dean were awesome. From someone who was in the business for 40 years you would be doing yourself a disservice by not trying these folks at Granbury Kia. Great job Lana and team !!

Borderline bricked my car with a recall repair and actively refuses to fix their job. DO NOT COME HERE WHATSOEVER.

We drove over two hours to purchase our new EV9 from Granbury Kia. We first stopped on our way home from a trip just to checkout a particular color combination and the quick stop was so pleasant that we decided to return the next Saturday to make the purchase. Aaron Lemons had everything ready for us upon our arrival and Brad Ferris made the paperwork a breeze. I would say we were there no longer than an hour. It was by far the best and quickest experience we have ever had buying a car. We would send our friends and family, who also live over two hours away, to Granbury Kia.
