Kaytlyn was great.
Kaytlyn was great.She was able to answer all questions for us and offer us a great deal. We were very pleased with everyone including Mike the sales manager and Cole the financial manager. Our only complaint is that we were there 4 hours with a lot of waiting time.

I am grateful that your accounting department let my Toyota Scion remain on your lot until I raised the $1015.00 bill. It took about a week and a half to raise the money. Your Service Department was very helpful to me explaining my options.

Took my 2025 Land Cruiser in for a Toyota recall and 10k
Took my 2025 Land Cruiser in for a Toyota recall and 10k mile service. Their version of rotating tires are just moving fronts to back stating they had to be told to cross rotate. Also all my fluids were not checked and topped off at this 10k service. The vehicle had a vibration in the front after the preformed the Toyota recall they blamed it on the cupping of my tires. Mind you to which they have been the only ones to rotate them. Needless to say the suv still has a vibration and my fluids are still low. This is after it was take back for them to review.

My best experience buying a new car. My sales rep Kaitlyn was awesome she was straight with me answered all my questions. She is really good at her job. The finance department was also incredible. He explained all the documents to me and suggested coverages that made sense. Never pressed m e just allowed me to make an informed decision. I have bought several vehicles over the years this was by far the best experience.
