They made itso easy to buy a car. I was able to do most of my communicating online or text which is good for me. They were willing to work with me and I found them very honest. I got answers to my concerns within an hour.

My experience was amazing! I worked with Jayden and he made this process super easy. He was very professional and handled everything really quick. We got in and out within 90 minutes and left with a car! Give that man a promotion!

Destiny, Izzy, and Madgna (those name spellings are probably so wrong :( ) Were amazing! They were friendly, patient and were quick to answer any questions I had. After the test drive with Izzy, he actually looked up other cars that I was also considering but as soon as I returned home, I decided to buy.... Madgna had all the paperwork and financing completely done and set up a time to go in in under an hour! Destiny was amazing and got me in and out in under an hour as well. The manager also came over to see me off after wards, Everyone went above and beyond!

Customer Service was great ! I wish I would have put down more than $200 so my pmts wouldn’t have been $851 . And an interest rate of 24%. I didn’t understand why when I’ve been on my job 10 yrs and make 5k a month. But I needed a car after my wreck and didn’t have time to shop around. . But again the Customer Service was great

LD and Ozzie were great! This is my second vehicle bought from CARMAX and I will continue with them in the future. Both LD and Ozzie made me feel important and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. They even went the extra mile when I needed a FOB reprogrammed. I also had a trade in and was given an excellent price on the vehicle and used the service department. I highly recommend CARMAX and LD and Ozzie in particular if you go there.
