My wife and I enjoyed our shopping experience with Kevin, who reached out to us, after we had looked at Honda Accords on their site. Their staff, including the finance team, were friendly and were not pushy, when it came to trying to upsell us on maintenance packages. I would, definitely, shop at Duval Honda again in the future.

Awesome experience!
I took my 2019 HRV to get an oil change at Duval Honda and it was a great experience! The appointment was very easy to set up and upon arrival I was greeted before I could walk in the door. Randy was awesome! He was very professional and friendly. Because of COVID-19, things were a little different in the lobby; they kept everyones health a top priority asking to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others. I was very pleased with my experience with Randy and Duval Honda. I will definitely be going back!
