Write a reviewExtremely disappointing experience with Limited Spec Automotive. I purchased a $420,000 Ferrari F8 sight unseen from salesperson Keith Herrera. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the vehicle's condition and whether there was any damage. I was assured there were no issues. I trusted their representation, wired the money, and made the transaction incredibly easy. Upon delivery, I discovered multiple scratches, dents, and paint damage that had never been disclosed. Keith initially suggested the damage occurred during transportation, despite pickup photos showing the affected areas before delivery. After weeks of following up, Keith asked me to obtain a repair estimate to present to management. I provided an invoice for approximately $2,700 from a reputable shop, but nothing was resolved. I eventually contacted General Manager Stephen directly. Rather than simply addressing the issue, he argued over repair costs, offered to buy the vehicle back, and suggested I ship it across the country for repairs. Stephen ultimately offered $2,000 to settle the matter. Despite the repair bill being higher, I accepted his offer and provided my payment information. He then stopped responding. After I posted a Google review describing my experience, Stephen contacted me and stated he was withdrawing his offer because I had shared my experience publicly. He also dismissed my concerns because the Ferrari was a used vehicle. My complaint has never been about expecting a used car to be perfect. It's about honesty, transparency, and disclosing known damage when a customer specifically asks. As a business owner myself, I understand mistakes happen. What defines a company is how it handles them. It's incredibly disappointing that after spending $420,000, I have had to chase down both the salesperson and general manager over a $2,000 payment they offered themselves. I strongly recommend an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from Limited Spec Automotive, especially sight unseen.

Extremely disappointing experience with Limited Spec Automotive. I purchased a $420,000 Ferrari F8 sight unseen from Keith Herrera. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the vehicle’s condition and was assured there were no issues. Upon delivery, I discovered multiple scratches, dents, and paint damage that were never disclosed. Keith initially suggested the damage occurred during transportation, despite pickup photos showing otherwise. After weeks of following up, he asked me to obtain a repair estimate, which came to approximately $2,700. After getting nowhere with Keith, I contacted the General Manager, Stephen. Rather than simply resolving the issue, he argued over the repair costs and suggested I ship the vehicle back across the country for repairs. Stephen eventually offered $2,000 to settle the matter. I accepted his offer, provided my payment information, and now Stephen has stopped responding as well. What’s most frustrating isn’t the money. It’s the complete lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through. I made a $420,000 purchase, trusted their representations, and made the transaction incredibly easy. Yet I’m having to chase down their management over a $2,000 payment they offered themselves. As a business owner, I understand mistakes happen. It’s how you handle them that defines your reputation. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Limited Spec Automotive, especially sight unseen, I strongly recommend an independent inspection and getting everything in writing. Very disappointing that a dealership handling transactions of this size would treat a customer this way. Update: After posting this review, General Manager Stephen contacted me and stated that because the review was now public, he would no longer honor the $2,000 payment he had previously offered and that I had accepted. He also dismissed my concerns because the Ferrari was a used vehicle. My complaint has never been about expecting a used car to be perfect. It is about specifically asking whether there was damage before purchasing a $420,000 vehicle sight unseen, relying on the information provided, and then discovering damage that was not disclosed.
