Reviews
We were customers of this Subaru dealership for nine years—beginning when it was Koby Subaru—until today. We brought our 2013 Crosstrek in for several specific concerns and were presented with more than $7,000 in recommended repairs and maintenance. Some of those recommendations may prove entirely appropriate, but the scope and pricing were sufficient that we decided to obtain an independent second opinion before authorizing the work. The customer experience didn’t help. The waiting area had multiple screens running along with loud background music. When I asked to have the music turned off because I needed some quiet to think, I was given an argument about how other customers might want the music—even though, at the time, we appeared to be the only customers there. Apparently silence is no longer among the available amenities. We then considered purchasing a new 2026 Crosstrek Sport Hybrid from Tameron instead. Their proposal quoted the vehicle at full TSRP and included a $979 documentation fee. We responded that we remained interested and asked for the window sticker, confirmation of the exact configuration, the APRs underlying their financing figures, and their best selling price before our trade. The Sales Manager responded without answering a single one of those questions. Instead, he asked when we wanted them to secure the vehicle. That was enough for us. After nine years, we will take both our service business and our new-car purchase elsewhere. Greedy, high-pressure sales and service practices are remarkably effective at turning a long-term customer into someone willing to drive to Pensacola.

Was told CVT transmission service was $460. I can live with that. I brought the car in and told them what was happening, cvt shudders after 60 miles of driving in 90+ degree temps and I want the CVT fluid changed. I understand what is involved, Just don't have access to Subaru SSM software, or a way to keep the fluid between 90 and 115 and why I asked the price before starting this venture. When I picked up the car, the service person was nowhere to be found to talk about this. I had to go, so someone else checked me out. I was charged an additional $205 dollars for a tech to drive my car to tell me that they couldn't find an issue, but they went ahead and did a fluid change. I didn't ask them to try and replicate the issue. That's not possible unless you drive it over 60 miles in really hot temps and I told them that. This is why I asked for a CVT fluid drain/fill. So, basically I was charged labor for the service and additional $205 for someone to drive my car around. Whatever...bought one car as Koby and another when it changed hands to Tameron. What happened to Koby, they were awesome and I never felt ripped off.

Very disappointed, they have slimy salesmen who don't care about the law. Take your business literally anywhere else if you can.

Since Tamaron took over from the last dealer, everything is so much improved. I deal with Brittany White and it feels like she takes a particular interest in my needs. The dealership is well maintained from the offices, showrooms and the workshop. I always know my car and I will be well taken care of.

Salesperson was excellent until I came in to finalize sale. Then the price was raised $2,000 and I was charged $500 for a car on lot. I was not provided basic warranty information or total cost of each extended warranty. Drivers license office and loan office was given inaccurate information on cost of car. To this day over a month after sale, this has not been corrected.
