Let’s be honest, nobody likes the car buying process. I was looking for a first car for my daughters and Nick couldn’t have made it any easier.

Buyer beware. I bought a vehicle from Nick and picked it up on Friday 3/21/25. That weekend, the check engine light came on. I told Nick on Monday 3/24/25 about the check engine as well as issues with lights flickering and a misalignment. He told me to drop it back for them to look at and he offered me a loaner (I did not request one). He finally had a loaner and I was able to drop it on 3/31/25. He told me to give him a couple days. It took well over a week. I was able to pick up the vehicle on Weds 4/9/25. When I picked it up, he charged me $100 deductible. I didn't realize the lemon law allowed this, or his policy, because he didn't give me my used car warranty, when I purchased the vehicle, as required by MA law. He told me he replaced the alternator, which was why the lights were flickering, as well as a purge valve to fix the check engine, and performed the alignment as a favor, even though he didn't have to. Then he told me he also did me a favor and filled the fuel tank. He owed me that and more. I checked the odometer before I brought the vehicle to him. He put over 400 miles on it. I drove home and the vehicle continued to pull - no alignment done. On Tuesday 4/15, the check engine came back on with the same code. At this point, I alerted Nick. I told him it was the same code and I didn't trust him - he didn't do the alignment, probably just reset the code, but the worst - he used my vehicle (OBVIOUSLY) for personal use. He denied using it for personal use - only usage necessary for repairs. I told him I was taking it to my mechanic to repair and would send him the bill. He refused to pay. So, not only did it cost me $315 for the repair, I just checked my EZ Pass account and found that on 4/2/25, 4/3/25, and 4/4/25 - he ran up toll charges on me in 5 different cities - proof of personal use and not for repairs. Stay away from this dealer!
