I couldn’t say anything more positive about this dealership or the salesman, Ricardo, I worked with during the purchase of my vehicle. Having my car totaled by a distracted driver and needing a new car was stressful enough, then having to deal with several unpleasant experiences with other dealerships was discouraging to say the least. Ricardo talked through a few vehicles, different options, packages, etc., and gave me time to think things through. He was the best, non-aggressive salesman I’ve ever worked with, which is why I would 10% recommend this dealership and him to absolutely everyone!! If you are looking for a car, but don’t know exactly what you need, he is the one to ask for!! I would give him and this dealership 10 stars if I could!!!!

Didn't have a great experience.
Didn't have a great experience. I bought a pre-owned vehicle @groove just a few months ago for $28,000 . Trying to get into a different vehicle and they offered $19,000 on the same vehicle. It took two days and multiple sales people to even get that number. This is why people hate buying cars. Not doing my service or purchasing another car from Groove.

We got a used Highlander limited here.
We got a used Highlander limited here. It's an absolutely perfect buy for us, with everything we want, nothing we don't at a very reasonable price. Eric Fletcher was extremely knowledgeable, even answering questions we didn't think to ask but should have. He was enjoyable and efficient to work with. The moon roof motor had a problem between when we first looked at the car and when we did a final test drive and he went out of his way to make it right. Toyota's are the best cars. Go here and ask for Eric. You won't regret it!

We had a great purchase experience with Zach Fahrny. We started our vehicle search online and scheduled an appointment to see the model we were interested in. When we arrived the car was parked up front and ready for a test drive. From start to finish our experience at Groove Toyota was great.

I recently visited Groove Toyota to address a brake issue
I recently visited Groove Toyota to address a brake issue in my vehicle. The team spent three hours performing routine maintenance and supposedly inspecting the brakes, resulting in a substantial bill of around $650. However, my experience turned sour when, just three weeks later, I was forced to spend an additional $700 at another service center for the same brake problem. To my dismay, the second service center informed me that my front brake was completely worn out, and the rear brake was barely functional. This revelation was shocking and disappointing, especially considering that I had explicitly requested a brake inspection at Groove Toyota. It is difficult to understand how such a significant issue could remain undetected by the professionals at Groove Toyota. This oversight not only led to additional expenses but also raised serious concerns about the safety and reliability of their service. As a customer, I expected a thorough and competent inspection, especially when I had clearly communicated my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with Groove Toyota was far from satisfactory. It has left me questioning the expertise and attention to detail of their service team. Potential customers should be wary of this and consider other options for reliable automotive care.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. The sales team will lie through their teeth, operates with zero integrity, and only puts their dealership first. The Service AND Sales departments are unethical, lazy and lack any integrity and accountability.
