Juan kept me up to date on how the repairs were going on my Bolt. When the car was done and I paid the bill at the cashier it took over 10 minutes to retrieve the car. That was after I asked twice for the car. They were also supposed to charge the car but when Chris bought the car up it hadn't been charged at all. Chris said whoever tried to charge the car put it on the charger that wasn't working. Chris said he would put it on the fast charger since I was taking a trip to LA that afternoon. When Chris bought the car back up it was charged to almost 90%. That really saved me because I made the round trip without having to charge the car in LA. So a big shout out to Chris.

From the moment I walked into the business, I was greeted with big smiles and helpful attitudes. The entire staff at quality Chevrolet or nothing short of amazing EDDIE with my salesman Junior was the manager and JOHN was the finance manager who all were very helpful to make my buy an experience as quick as possible five stars everybody thank you so much.

Came in to get oil changed and the service advisor noticed a possible issue with car which he had a technician look into. The technician found a problem and took care of it. All in a timely manner. Very pleased.

The required add-ons ($6K) that are non-negotiable on top of the purchase price was a huge disappointment. Most notably, the required Reviver plate that has been a nightmare to configure, still not working after several weeks because it wasn't installed correctly by the dealer. Sales staff could smile more or at least pretend as if they enjoy their jobs. Overall, I would not recommend.
