This is my 8th leased vehicle, so I've had my fair share of dealership experiences. Normally, the process is exhausting and takes the better part of an entire day. This experience couldn't have been more different. I reached out about a Jeep I was interested in, and within a short time we had worked through all the numbers over text and agreed on a deal before I even stepped into the dealership. The next day, I arrived, traded in my current Jeep, signed the paperwork, and was driving away in less than 30 minutes. I was honestly blown away by how smooth, efficient, and stress-free the entire process was. A huge thank you to Travis for making everything so easy. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and truly respected my time. There was no pressure, no back-and-forth games—just outstanding customer service from start to finish. Without a doubt, this was the best dealership experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying or leasing experience, I can't recommend Travis and this dealership enough!

Jackson Jeffries was amazing to work with. His response time was immediate and answered all of my questions when asked. My experience working with him and the rest of his team was enjoyable and he got me into my new Durango hassle free. I would definitely buy from them again

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!!!!! I got the free $100 gift card in the mail where they are trying to drum up business. I shouldn’t have but took them up on the offer and got a free oil change with that card. They recommended an in cab air filter for $75 or $85 but I declined. I didn’t drive my vehicle much during the ice storm but started noticing oil drips. My driveway has never had a drop of oil on it. The drips got worse and worse in my driveway, so I finally checked and found my drain plug was almost loose enough to fall out. I took pictures and a video where I tightened it with my fingers. Please be cautious where you get your vehicle serviced. Not everybody has your best interests in mind.

Angie and Scott, the General Sales Manager were excellent to work with. I can’t recall ever having such a positive experience during the car buying process. I traveled from Louisville to view a vehicle that I ultimately decided to buy. They proactively addressed several concerns I raised, understanding that I was not certain on my decision. Unlike most salespeople who tell you what you want to hear to close the deal, there was no pressure involved. You don’t see service to this caliber any more. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

The 2024 Jeep Gladiator was exactly what was represented online! The pricing was fair enough that we came from South East Virginia to make the purchase. They made sure the Gladiator was prepped, clean, and a full tank of gas. Ready for our road trip home. Angie gets an 11/10! We would not hesitate to make a long-distance purchase from them again.

Please please please pay attention to the 1-star reviews of this place before considering coming to his dealership! I bought a car about a month ago now and I have only been able to drive it for a WEEK!!! Within the first hour there were issues and within the first week it was undrivable, and I had to tow it. I reached out to the dealer and the owner of the dealership with no response other than it was my own fault not having it inspected, when they assured me that two shops including theirs had checked it out before purchasing. So, either they are scuzzy and lied about having it looked at or they are incompetent when it comes to a simple quality check of vehicles before they sell them either way it is not good, and you should have any car you are considering purchasing from this establishment checked by a 3rd party mechanic you trust! Estimated repair cost for my vehicle is over $2000 and will not be finished until mid-January at the earliest. So ridiculous! Oh, paired with the fact that they did not have the vehicle inspected with the Sheriff's office after they accepted it on trade and sold it, then call me after purchasing and told me it is my responsibility to get it inspected within a certain time frame. For an in-state purchase from a dealership that should never happen!!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had at ANY business! Please if you are looking to buy a car go anywhere else! This business is not worth dealing with. Purchased vehicle was a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, not your run of the mill A to B car. But even if it was, this is unacceptable behavior for any business.

This is by far the best shop with amazing technicians. The service writer James is the goat...and several techs have been there well over 15 years. The sales department is amazing. It wasn't great back in the Ron McCauley days but under new ownership its amazing and welcoming

It would be no start if I could they're rip-off cheat people out there money no integrity at all.
