It was a great experience and I hate the car buying process. Carter was great and I was his first sale.. YAY. I also love my new truck and got a great deal. Carters name is not under my list for sales person, so I am not reviewing sales.

They will not take the time to listen to me once I told them I was out of town and was trying to buy the vehicle over the Internet and would pay for my own shipping.

Service is great. However, why rotate tires but don't pump them up to PSI. Tire monitor light wasn't on when I arrived but on after the rotation & oil change. I thought it just needed air. My front passenger tire sensor actually got damaged during the service. This is a problem. My tire wasn't on when I arrived but it came on while driving home. Now the service manager will not return my calls. I'm afraid to bring it back for services next time.
