By far the absolute best experience I have ever had in getting repairs on my 2019 F150 King Ranch. From the General manager Tony Russell to the service manager Terry Reese. I was taken great care and I didn't even buy my truck from them. Sunny King is the best of the best and will always be my first stop when I'm ready for service or to buy another vehicle.

I am thoroughly excited happy and satisfied with my recent vehicle purchase. I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang V6. My dealer Kyle was awesome and continues to stay in contact with me to help out with any concerns I may have. I bought and traded in my last car at Sunny King and if I ever decide to trade this one in then I will go back! #Awesome

My wife and I bought a car for our son. It was his first car and they not only asked us about what we wanted but also what he wanted. We ended up getting a new car for the price some dealers was trying to sell us a used one! Our son loves the car and we love the price. Awesome people to work with.

Purchased a new vehicle and was pleased. I researched the vehicle and price and found that King Ford was right on the money. On-line browsing was easy. Asked for a drive-out price and got one without all the back and forth sales pressure. Good Deal with friendly and helpful people.

Bought a new F-150 in 2006 and had to have the transmission repaired in 2011 while still under warrenty. The repairman also left the shifter cable laying wgainst the exhaust manifold and it burnt through in 3 months leaving me stranded on the road. They fixed this "without cost" keeping my truck overnite. Then transmission went out again in 2012(still under warrenty) and I was told they would repair it, or replace it with a "Junkyard" one and cover both with a 12 month warrenty, or I could pay $300.00 and they would put in a new Ford transmission with a 3 year warrenty. The truck sat in their shop for almost a week before it was worked on, and then the service manager calls informing me I "have" to buy a new $200.00 oil cooler or there would be no warrenty. After some words and other discussions about them trying to get more money, the service manager lied to the service contract company saying the old one was damaged too and I wouldn't have to pay the additional $200. And to top this all off, the repairman left the shifter cable on the exhaust manifold again burning it as the last time. Now the other service manager was to order a new cable, again, and call me when it comes in (over 2 months now) to schedule a time I can bring the truck in to be fixed. The irony to all is I've contacted the dealer ship owner and never got any responce, and I still get their "We want you back add in the mail to bring in my truck for service.

I purchased a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant from Sunny King Ford, the car had not been serviced,I told them the Check Engine Light was on and they didn't offer to check it,instead they made up reasons to why it could be on,such as sensors. The car started shuddering between 45-50 found out the torque converter was going out. That problem was fixed cheaply. We started hearing grinding noises going over bumps and holes, took car to shop, there was a hole in the radiator hose, replaced both hoses, and all three motor mounts were gone. The shop said the motor mounts would be $600.00.
