My husband and I went to Hessert however not sure about

My husband and I went to Hessert however not sure about trading in my vehicle. We met James Borgmann. He patiently listened to our concerns and worked with us to achieve our goals. Jim is an asset to your Dealership.

I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday

I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

Our experience of buying a car at Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill was excellent! Salesman Jeremiah took very good care of us and answered all our questions and made our car buying process very efficient. If there was something he was unsure about he quickly sought help from more experienced colleagues – he did a great job! Other members of staff such as William the Sales Manager and Jose from Finance were equally helpful and engaging. The team worked smoothly together to get us through the process of buying our car! We would recommend using Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill for your next car purchase…and make sure you ask for Jeremiah!

I can't say enough good things about the service

I can't say enough good things about the service department at Hessert Chevrolet. I purchased a 2019 Colorado and the next day had an issue. They brought my truck right in without a appointment and diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership for not only buying a new/used car or truck but also their attitude of customer first.

Hessert provided a thorough and prompt inspection of my car issue, oil change, and tire rotation, while I got to look at the new cars. I appreciate how friendly and accommodating the sales staff are and I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, just supported, and my many questions were listened to and answered. I appreciated the friendly followups checking in on me. I would recommend them to anyone car shopping or in need of an auto repair. Thank you Hessert!

Unacceptable got there at five of eight didn’t leave

Unacceptable got there at five of eight didn’t leave until after 10 two hours for an oil change and tire rotation then I find out you didn’t rotate the tires
