DO NOT do business with i40!!! Read the other reviews and you’ll see a theme of misrepresenting vehicle condition. I bought a beautiful A5 2024 sport back with under 10K miles online. The Carfax was clean. They assured me there were no signs of an accident and the car was “basically new.” I received the car and very quickly knew something was wrong. The headlight had condensation in it and when I opened the hood, I realized the intake duct was completely missing as well as fasteners on the hood – seemed very odd for a two year-old car with low miles. I texted with Juaness, my sales rep and he said “no sir, car has not been in an accident.” Took it to the dealer, and they immediately knew the car was in an accident and multiple things were not repaired correctly. The repair cost? OVER 10K!!! Juaness and the sales manager both said the dealer is trying to rip me off. So I got an independent opinion. They said they would do the exact same things that the dealer recommended as the car is low miles, and still has warranty. Further they said that any person with even limited knowledge of cars would immediately know this car was in an accident. Finally, after some back and forth…Todd, the sales manager said they would take the car back, but I would have to pay the shipping!!! Long story short…Todd gets fired and the owner will not return my phone calls and it’s been two months of me calling every other day from Michigan. Now, I will have to get an attorney involved. What a nightmare! I didn’t read the reviews because the car was so new and still had warranty. Don’t make that mistake – You’ve been warned!!!

Bought a truck from this dealership and have had nothing but problems. In the two weeks I’ve owned it, I’ve had to bring it back four times. The check engine light came on, the oil was old, and the tire pressure was not properly maintained. I also found out the truck needed brakes, rotors, an oil change, and a new gas cap after taking it to the Ram dealership for an inspection. On top of that, the dealership didn’t have the wheel lock key, so I had to pay someone else to remove the wheel locks and purchase new ones just to have the brakes serviced. When I reached out for help, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. The management team was especially disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to make things right, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed more interested in avoiding the issue than assisting a customer who had just purchased a vehicle. Once they reminded me the truck was sold “as is,” they refused to help any further. The entire experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. It seems like they were more focused on making a sale than being honest about the condition of the vehicle. I feel like I was misled about the quality of the truck, and the lack of customer service afterward made the situation even worse. Here’s the catch: they encourage you to leave a review before you even drive off the lot with your vehicle. Looking back, that’s probably why so many of the reviews are positive. At that point, you haven’t had time to actually drive the vehicle or discover any issues. The real experience begins after you leave the dealership. I would recommend waiting before leaving a review and getting the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic first. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or trustworthy customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

The sales representatives are great people, but the owner are some snakes. The sold me car that still needed some work. They basically tried to force me to buy thier warranty since they already knew that the car was going to give me issues

We went late. Right before closing. The salesman showed us the car. He was very nice, but the car did not start. Earlier I had seen the car listed through Car Gurus at @ $6,000. It looked like they had two if the same year, Toyota Yaris. When I looked on their website, the price was over $9,000. They also seemed to be associated with another lot on Gatecity Blvd, and a car we saw there had the mileage at @40,000 less than it showed on the Carfax report. Not sure if I trust the cars here.

Wonderful experience at this dealership. Great selection of quality vehicles. Everyone we worked with (sales, finance and manager) were professional and kind. Not pushy or aggressive at all. The entire process, from the moment we arrived until we left with our new car, only took a few hours. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership.
