I had an 3PM appointment with Romeo Service on Wednesday for a NYS Inspection for my 2020 Forester with 15,300 miles. Upon arrival I was checked in by tech who inspected the vehicle and drove it to Service, After 30 minutes ervice informed me my car had a flat tire and would fail Inspection. I had no difficulty driving over 40 miles to Romeo and NO flat tire, The service dept then advised I had two choices. I could purchase one new replacement tire that would not match my three remaining tires and void my AWD warranty or purchase 4 new matching tires and installation to complete the Inspection. The service dept was closing in one hour and I had no way to get home. I reluctantly agreed to this 4 tire purchase .A simple $21 inspection became a $1100 tire purchase To add further insult when I inquired if any discount could be applied to my rire purchase the Parts Mgr very reluctantly offered a $20 credit toward this 4 tire purchase. This was my First and will be my Last visit to Romeo Subaru No Subaru Love is given at Romeo
