We bought a 2024" Grand Cherokee In November and took it

We bought a 2024" Grand Cherokee In November and took it back on 22/23 because if a severe water leak around the sunroof. Jeep is still at dealership today. They are supposed to be replacing the entire sunroof because a previous replacement if the sunroof was poorly done. We have a loaner currently with no end in sight getting Grand Cherokee repaired properly. We have zero faith that repairs will be done correctly. Unable to reach the dealer principal John Sarchione It is as if managers at company are blocking contact. We would never recommend a purchase frim.this auto group

Deceptive Practices and Lack of Accountability: A

Deceptive Practices and Lack of Accountability: A Disastrous Experience with Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram My recent experience with Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has left me not only disappointed but also facing an unexpected financial burden. As an out-of-state military member, I relied on the dealership's assurances when purchasing a low-mileage 2020 SUV, and unfortunately, the outcome has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the primary reasons I chose Sarchione was their supposedly reputable status and the information provided by the salesperson. I explicitly inquired about the presence of rust on or under the vehicle, to which I received a confident "No" in response. Trusting this information and the dealership's reputation, I proceeded with the purchase, unable to personally inspect the vehicle due to military duties. Upon the SUV's arrival, my optimism quickly turned into dismay as I discovered extensive rust on the undercarriage and the peeling off of the undercoating. Seeking resolution, I contacted Sarchione for assistance, only to be met with a shocking lack of accountability and customer service. The dealership dismissed the severity of the rust issue, claiming it didn't warrant compensation. Their excuse that even brand new vehicles in Ohio accumulate rust was not only irrelevant but also an attempt to justify the misinformation provided by their salesperson. To add insult to injury, the disrespectful comments made by the Used Car Director about my concerns only intensified my frustration. It's disheartening to realize that, despite the dealership's promises of quality and honesty, they choose to prioritize their sales over customer trust. The blatant lies, refusal to acknowledge their mistake, and the suggestion that misleading customers is acceptable paint a distressing picture of Sarchione's business ethics. While I can address the rust problem locally, the emotional distress and financial strain caused by this ordeal cannot be easily remedied. I strongly caution fellow military members, especially those unable to personally inspect vehicles, to exercise extreme caution when considering Sarchione Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It's regrettable that such deceptive practices can tarnish the reputation of an entire industry, leaving customers in a vulnerable position and incurring unwarranted financial burdens.

Had a transmission service done on a 2013 dodge journey

Had a transmission service done on a 2013 dodge journey and about eight months after the service was done the transmission pan leaked. They said there was nothing they could do because it was beyond the six month warranty which was very frustrating for me since it wasn’t leaking before I had the service done. So I chalked it up to just a bad deal at the time for everyone did not do much to help me with the cost of doing it again so they did a coolant flush on the same vehicle a 2013 dodge journey and now the coolant is leaking from a place it shouldn’t be, and there was not much help given there either so I will not be going back , this services that I have done is supposed to be preventative service, so nothing happens but it seems to be things are happening. I would stay away from this dealer they’re not much on helping you after the fact just a warning.

Met with Angelo Pinczes as I was looking for a Jeep

Met with Angelo Pinczes as I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, he spent a little time with me to understand my needs. We zeroed in on a 2020 which was better than the one I saw online that had 150,000 miles. Great communication, texted with him several times and always timely responses. Also Ray Sanchez the finance guy was great.

The service department is a disaster.

The service department is a disaster. Waited 2.5 hours for a basic oil change. They kept trying to talk me into service I did not need. They only use top of the line synthetic oil for oil changes. Normally, this would be okay. However, offering mid-grade synthetic oil to customers would greatly benefit those who are having financial struggles. Especially when I am under contract to have all of my oil changes preformed at their garage to keep my Powertrain Warranty (Normally, I would just do my own oil changes). $115 dollars is a bit steep for most of us for a simple oil change. They wanted to charge almost $100 to change my air filter.....This is a $14 filter that literally takes 3 minutes to install. Why is it so expensive? Please, change your set prices and offer more affordable options. I will say, however, the sales team is absolutely fantastic. Trevor deserves 5 star ratings all day long.
