Mtn. View Honda was beyond what I was expecting during my first trade/buying experience with them! I wanted a certain car and they went above and beyond to make that happen for me. Big shoutout to Larry, Tara, Michelle and Christian for making this happen as smoothly as it did! You guys/gals are Awesome!

Definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend! Everyone was super nice. Tara and Gabriel were really helpful and made the process stress free and made sure everything was perfect.

The buying experience here was excellent.

The buying experience here was excellent. The negotiations was quick and reasonable, the process was smooth, and the people were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Kevin, the sales agent, was excellent to work with!!

I am a new owner of a Honda Ridgeline and my first

I am a new owner of a Honda Ridgeline and my first experience with Shannon and Mountain View was very positive. I’m looking forward to building a relationship and owning this vehicle for quite some time. I hope to receive the same type of customer service throughout the duration of being a Honda owner.

Manager told me he would charge me $140 to check noise

Manager told me he would charge me $140 to check noise with my front tire; at the same time, he came and told a pregnant white female he would Check all her concerns “ free of charge”. I was treated differently because of my race. I am skeptical of returning to the dealership. I knew where to check for my problem, she did not yet I would have been charged whereas she presented with multiple concerns to be checked and was told no charge !! How would you interpret an interaction as this?

Normally we go to Rome to get our car serviced because that's where we bought it and we loved the dealership and it's service, but they've changed owners and it's evident in many aspects of their car care. We were very pleased with our visit to the Dalton dealership and we may consider them in the future
