Great people to deal with.

Great people to deal with. Very professional. I live in Hixson so the trip is a little farther but well worth it. Hometown people and dealerships are hard to beat. Very professional and yet better than that they treat you as a valued customer.

A uniquely refreshing experience, made my purchase an easy decision. From the GM Larry to the sales manager, Michelle and the sales associate Gabriel, they were in step, in tune and made it one of the brightest car buying experiences of my life. Pushing through the paperwork and financing side of things Christian was one of the sharpest most brought FNI guys I’ve ever worked with. There is typically some point that always gets frustrating aggravating or just makes you wanna walk out while purchasing a car but at Mountain View Honda we felt like we were hanging out with friends and there was not a moment that wasn’t smooth as glass. It’s hard to say how much I appreciate the personal touch of helping us through the process. In all my adult life I’ve never witnessed a management team be that personable, engaged, honest and bright. Stoked to see Honda added to the Mtn. View family and with the team that’s on the ground it will be a shining star in the Watson family’s business.

The sales staff was excellent.

The sales staff was excellent. There was no pressure to buy. The finance officer was polite and layed out all of my options very clearly. Thank you for a great buying experience.

The service department is great.

The service department is great. The 25 accord is crap. Nothing but $40k of problems
