Mountain View Honda

Gabriel was a top tier salesman during my vehicle process. His professionalism and Honda knowledge is unmatched. Prior to visiting Mountain View, my wife and I viewed vehicles at Honda of Cleveland, but ultimately left after not being greeted after walking the lot for 15 minutes as suspected employees wearing Honda polos were seated in a picnic area socializing were too occupied to approach us. This was not the case for Mountain View, as Gabriel approached us just a couple minutes after exiting our vehicle. The General Manager Tara Strickland assisted in explaining options to us and we never felt pressured to sign anything. During the financial portion, Christian Olvera took his time and broke down all the warranty options. He wasn't too pushy and made sure we had the products that fit our needs and plans for the future. Michelle took her time walking us through the features of the vehicle and it was clear she was genuinely excited for us. We got a speed run that saved us a lot of time Googling or watching YouTube videos. We were especially impressed because she wasn't our salesperson and had nothing to gain from going above and beyond to explain the features purely out of passion for the brand. I would highly recommend buying from Mountain View Honda. They gave us a fair deal and didn't keep us sitting around forever. The process was straight forward and seamless from beginning to end.

First time having my truck serviced at Mtn View Honda. Service was very friendky and was pretty fast. They kept me informed thru the process and did a recall check and found there was a recall on my truck that previous service at another dealer failed to detect or notify me of. Was pleased with the coupons available and the Service Rewards program. Will definately use service again

Richard was very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers. I doubt he knows anything about cars. I told him over the phone to only service my rotors, and he ended up doing more services that I didn’t approve of. 17,500 miles in a car and a repair was $455 is crazy.
