Jakob Hawkins was my sales man. He was quick to respond to my interest on a vehicle as well as Michelle. Jakob sent me all the information about the vehicle when I asked for it. He set up a test drive appointment and got me all set up for my buying. There was a check engine light for a part that needed replaced. They address the issue and replacement in a timely manner. Then I worked with Christian for financing, he was great as well. I would recommend going to Mountain View Honda. Everyone I worked with were extremely nice and very helpful.
