My experience at Mazda of EG was great. Eric was easy to work with and diligent about finding the car/model I was looking for. He took time to answer my questions, checked in with me frequently regarding updates with the vehicle and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He sent me videos of the vehicle ahead of my pick up date as well. Also, thank you to the team for accommodating additional assistance in the finance department on a busy weekend. I would definitely shop here again.

Eric was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was also easy to talk to, like a mutual friend. No salesperson panache or long-winded upselling. But still able to provide any detailed information that I needed, and professional. The dealership itself was great. IDK if all Mazda dealerships are like this but it's a very easy and relaxed experience. No pressure. And no bogus fees to haggle with. I really appreciate that.

I had been in contact with Jon as well as a few dealerships, but right from the get-go I was given a lot of helpful information and a very good deal on a new CX-5. I thought I was going to buy from Maita Mazda initially, but after things went sideways, I knew to call Jon next because he was extremely helpful in the process. Jon provided answers to all of my questions and was also able to get me a killer deal that compared to Maita's offer, which is what made it a seamless transition. Add the cherry on top that he personally delivered my car 35 miles out, and I can't say more nice things about him and Mazda of Elk Grove.
