Not hard, excellent fast service. Great service writers especially “Jorge” who has always gone the extra mile, well deserving of an ataboy, pay raise or plaque denoting service writer of the year (if you have that). 🙂

Had to bring my truck in 3 times to have my hood fixed....

Had to bring my truck in 3 times to have my hood fixed. Finally they took it to a body shop to get it opened. Not good customer service!!

The visit and buying my truck was average. I bought a lot of vehicles in my time all dealerships are the same. Everyone is buddy buddy until you sign the papers the ink isn’t dry yet and they forget you! not saying nothing bad or nothing outstanding just average!

The service manager was very helpful with my issue so I am please with his assistance. That being said, if Chrysler does not perform to my satisfaction my rating will definitely change.

Just bought a new Dodge charger. This is the 5th vehicle i have bought at this dealership .$ pickups and now this car. My primary salesman was John Schwartz who is as good as they come. I generally compare car salesman to dentists but John would make a good dentist.

Went in for oil change : never reset dash oil life...

Went in for oil change : never reset dash oil life percentage gauge : never placed sticker reminder on windshield for next oil change : checked under hood to find that the dipstick wasn’t seated correctly & sticking up 4” ????
