The service department was excellent. Quick and professional repairs were done to my 2018 Ram Big Horn . I also stopped into the sales floor were I was shown some of the 2021 models . I’ll certainly go back when I’m ready to purchase a new truck .

Called in late AM for an oil/ filter change and tire rotation appointment. What a surprise. I was told that I could bring my 2020 RAM in for service whenever I wanted. I asked if I could bring it in now. The answer was yes... I arrived about thirty minutes later and was greeted immediately by the service advisor. My vehicle was taken into the garage within 5 minutes while I waited. About 45 minutes later my vehicle was READY. I am truly amazed at how friendly and efficient the service is at Performance Dodge-Jeep-RAM. This is the second visit where I received EXCELLENT service.

Horrible service. Returned 3 times before problem was...
Horrible service. Returned 3 times before problem was resolved. Brought my 2012 (96,000 miles) Dodge Caravan to dealer. I told them it was missing, pinging, and had a valve tap (valve was tapping for about 2 years). My scanner showed ECM code 301 (misfire cylinder 1). They swapped cylinder 1 plug and ignition coil with cylinder 3. They said it was fixed but didn’t find anything wrong. While driving home from the dealer the misfire started again. Scanner showed code 301 again. Brought it back again, this time they replace one spark plug and the rear camshafts, lifters, and rocker arms. As soon as I started the van I could still hear the valve tap. They said to drive it for a couple of days to see if it goes away. The misfire and pinging were fixed, but the tap didn’t “go away”. Returned van, they replaced the front camshafts, lifters, and rockers. Picked up van, valve tap was gone, but I noticed the air intake assembly was loose and two nuts were missing from the upper intake manifold. They installed the two nuts, but they lost the two air intake mounts and had to order them. It cost me $3500. Today I received the two missing air intake box mounts. While I was installing them I noticed a fresh crack in the upper intake manifold. It was cause by overtightening one of the mounting bolts while they were replacing the front camshafts. Now I have to take it back for a fourth time!

Didn’t worry about fixing the issue I brought it in for....
Didn’t worry about fixing the issue I brought it in for. They only wanted to fix the quick easy money grabs (alignment and recalls) car was detailed the day before I brought it in, and filthy when I got it back, they broke my drivers seat, and went for a 12 mile joy ride. Dunkin’ Donuts trash left in my car.

Great service, fast service, and friendly sales. Need to offer to put more gas in vehicle. And the engine light came on and no one knew what to do. Very unhappy had to do my own Research and get it fixed my self and own transportation until it was resolved. Need to work on that one as well.
