The truck was taken in for the check engine light being on, low coolant light and for a squeaking issue. The squeaking issue seemed to have been resolved but was told there were no issues found with the cooling system. The next day the check engine light was back on and the truck had to be taken back for rework. The heater grill relays/wiring had melted and some fuel injector piping was replaced. While it seems to have been repaired now, I was disappointed that it was not found on the first visit and I was without a vehicle for additional time.

The salesperson bounced around a lot between myself and another customer. After they detailed my car for delivery there were grease stain hand prints on my ceiling molding. Overall I am pretty satisfied but wondering when they are going to pay off my prior loan as that was part of the contract and I am getting harassed now by my previous finance company because they haven’t received their payoff yet.

The service staff was customer focus and detailed oriented. They made sure the service was done in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the service I received.

My truck was in and out at no time at all. I had to have a new tire and front brakes done. Fast service and great people!

Had my computer updated and a oil change. I was given a loaner vehicle during the time that my vehicle was at the dealership. The work was performed in a timely manner. The service department was outstanding.

I made the mistake of not buying from this dealer a few years back and very recently had an issue with a radio update and my radio fried and never came back. I went to another dealer who was unwilling to help me. I then went to performance and worked with Jorge who was great from day 1, got me in communicated well, worked with Chrysler and got me my replacement radio and hit it installed in under 3 hours. the service department is friendly and will work with you. I would highly recommend them and will be visiting their sales team when I purchase my next time, thanks again for fixing this for me.
