Performance Dodge RAM of Woodbury

Came in for engine check light and a few minor things (so I thought). Was told I needed some major work done and would cost a few thousand dollars. Great mechanic explained everything. Pushy front end estimator, way too pushy added everything he could think of! And I have no idea why you would put customers on speaker phone with other customers in the room. Long story short out of everything he said I needed I only needed 1 thing done and he also missed that my water pump was leaking! Charged twice for diagnostic check. I brought it up and nothing, like I was stupid. So with this said, I will never go back!

Dave worked well with me on Saturday. Got my first service done on my 2019 Ram New Body. In and out in about an hour and a half total, start to finish. Sales was a little bit pushy when I was only walking the lot to pass time but it is expected. Only issue I had with that was I own a brand new truck getting its first service, no need to try to sell me another car for my wife when she is not even there. (review done by Eric Swanson Jr.)

Had several safety recalls to be done on my Ram 2500 pickup.Service department said some would take some time witch was not a problem for me.They kept me updated on the progress and gave me a estimated day that it would be completed and it was done when they said it would be.Very happy with the service department at Performance Dodge.

Chas was great. He was very professional, honest and worked with us from the time we pulled in the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the RAM 1500 and answered every question that we asked. We felt very comfortable in a no pressure honest atmosphere. The whole sales team along with the finance team were awesome to work with. John Schwartz and Eric were extremely professional in dealing with my likes and dislikes on certain Ram 1500 truck models. They were professional and went above and beyond to help find me the truck I was looking for. At times I wasn’t sure it could be done however they came through and helped me find the truck I was looking for, making me want to come back in another 36 months. John is a great salesman without the feeling of being pressured and goes above and beyond to assist you.
