Maintenance

I normally give 5 stars, but the tire rotation wasn’t done and it had to be returned. But when we brought it back, it was completed immediately! Which is very appreciated! George did a great job making it right! Thank you for that!

Always a great experience with the service Department at Performance Dodge. From the simplest oil change to a total motor swap the Service Dept. is top notch ! Friendly and knowledgeable mechanics that you can trust.

We went with our daughter to purchase a 2016 used Jeep. Great service, no haggling and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Friendly Service

I brought my Ram to get an oil change, tire rotation and recall completed. The men at the desk when I picked up truck greeted me with a smile. The workers did a great job working on my truck. I was pleased with the day!

No stress, no pressure and no bs

John Schwartz was a dream to work with. he was straightforward and didn’t try to play any games. Probably the first car salesman I actually enjoyed spending time with. I will 100% go with him again! if you want to work with a real businessman and not a typical car salesman go with John Schwartz. His Manager, John, was also great! My son left with the truck and payment of his dreams.... what more could you ask for??

Very Disappointed

I took my car in for a scheduled appointment on 9/10 at 9am. Was told it would be about 3 hours and they would give me a ride home to wait, at 2:30 my husband was told they were just starting on it and would be 3 hours to finish it. At 6:15 pm i called and was told the Service Department was closed and my car keys were not with the cashier so they must still be working on it. We received a call back from the general sales manager to tell us he had found our paper work but there was nothing written on it. 9/11 at 10:00am the Service Department called to tell me they had to order an air compressor which would take about a week so I could come get my car. The part came in on the 18th, the first available service appointment was Monday, 9/23. I received a phone call to tell me it wasn’t the compressor so they were running more test they would get me a rental car. At 5:30pm they called because it needed another part which would be delivered the next day and installed immediately. While everything was covered under the warranty the lack of communication and timeframe are unacceptable. We have been customers of the sales and service departments for over 10 years and are seriously considering taking our business elsewhere.

Like family

I've never felt more welcome anywhere else. Joel and everyone were amazing. I highly recommend performance dodge.I found my car dealership for life.

Bad battery

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Performance Dodge and after a day of owning it the battery kept dying I called them up I took the vehicle the service I was in and out in no time free of charge. I highly recommend Performance Dodge for all your needs excellent guys
