Performance Dodge RAM of Woodbury

When removing a filter from a 5.7 oil drips all over the front diff, rack, and cross member. This is completely understandable, however it needs to be wiped up and sprayed with some brake clean before I park it on my concrete driveway. All said and done, a good crew however!

I appreciated the advise regarding the condition of our former truck, and the thorough discussions with service staff and sales staff. Very satisfied with the result.

My service was a little sub par this time after many years of being a customer to Performance. I specifically (and had written on a paper I submit every time I have service) asked to have my tires rotated AND balanced - they were just rotated

The service team at Performance has done consistent repairs, mileage service and warranty items for my last three Dodge RAM 1500 trucks. They do a good job to explain upfront what is needed along with cost estimates too.

Team is always welcoming and responsive. They communicate clearly and thoroughly. There is no other place that compares which is why I continue to bring my vehicles here and have for over 20 years.

I love Performance Dodge. Everyone there is so nice. From management to sales to service. I just bought a 2019 Dodge Durango. They made it so simple. I went looking at 2 other dealerships in the area. What a mistake that was. They promise the world when on the phone & when I got there it was a different story. Very ignorant & it was like I was bothering them. I wanted a particular vehicle in a certain color. They said they had it but when I got there they didn’t. Both dealerships played the same games. Then they ask the stupid question, what can we do to earn your business. I said “not to lie to me just to get me here”. I left. Never again. Then I went to Performance Dodge & they say what they mean. No games. Great selection. They treat the customers like family or like you would expect to be treated. Like they appreciate your business. I Love Performance Dodge. The service department is great too. I’ve been going there for years for service on my cars & trucks. They are better now than they ever were. Very quick & done right the first time. That’s priceless.
