Very organized and willing to help get the job done right. Service desk was friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and getting my truck serviced and back on the road.

Went to look at a new truck. Called to make sure it was in stock and available to drive. Told that it was and that it was a demo. Drove 40 minutes to dealership and told that I could only drive the $77,000 truck AFTER I agreed to buy it. Waste of my valuable time. There are too many other Ram dealers to have to put up with this high pressure nonsense. Avoid this dealership!!!!!

When I was ready to purchase I told Joel the max that I could comfortably spend a month and he working with the finance department got me there. I am lucky to do business with the Service Department at Performance Dodge on at least a weekly basis if not more. Dave, Mike and Jorge are very knowledgeable about what they do and have a lot of experience in the field. They always go out of their way to make sure the customers are taken care of to the best of their ability.
