The A/C on my 2018 CRV was blowing warm air, I have over 30,000 miles my car and thought "oh boy this is going to cost me a fortune" I decided to call Honda and talked to Brandon and pleasant surprise he told me I had an extended Warranty, took the car to the dealer and he told me the repair was covered, I could have hugged him, He ordered part needed, called me as soon as it was received, gave me a rental car for the day. I couldn't be more pleased on how I was treated. Thank You

We got the run around with two other dealerships.

We got the run around with two other dealerships. Within 3 min of emailing my offer on a Passport I received a phone call, within ten minutes we had an email with financial breakdown of the deal. In less than 24 hrs our new car was delivered to us. The first dealer out right rejected my offer and came back almost $ 3,000.00 higher. The second dealer responded within minutes of my internet offer, and we had an agreement in principal right away, 11 days later we still had not heard from the finance manager and arranged for delivery of the vehicle. Of course as soon as I texted my salesman about having a deal with Ocean Honda the finance manager called to keep the sales going with them, I of course declined. Ocean Honda made the process fast, easy and with no gamesmanship. It's been the easiest vehicle purchase I have made.

Replaced failed alternator and various coolant flushes for 2012 Honda Odyssey. Brought the vehicle in mid Friday, parts ordered and had it back Monday morning.
