Chad, our service advisor was very helpful. He was assisted by a more senior associate whom I cannot remember his name. Ocean Honda is always fair and honest. They could not diagnose the exact problem for my GM car, so they suggested that we take it to a certified GM dealer. They did not charge for the entire service, as they could not fix it.
