Got checked in quickly. Service advisor Johan was very polite and professional. My Yukon was serviced in a timely matter and Johan kept me updated every step of the way! Great job Chavez-Jessup GMC

Chavez is terrible to say the least. I called Cory Freeman and left him a message to call me back regarding the sharing of service records and he do not have the decency to call me back. I told my service rep. I was there and told him I called Cory and received no call back. I saw Cory walk by me several times and again no decency to greet me. I will never go back to Chavez. I also mentioned to my friends and collogues never to go to Chavez. One of the worst parts was seeing employee after employee grabbing waters, snacks, etc. from the "Customer waiting area." All rude and never a simple greeting. When I finally was given my vehicle the oil odometer was not even reset. Terrible dealership all around.

I brought to the attention to my service advisor that the wrong information was on my invoice if he could correct it and he told me no. My phone number was wrong and address also the mileage was entered wrong. He entered 6,856 and the correct was 14,000. To me it was an easy fix and if advisor did know how to correct my receipt and invoice he should have asked someone for help. Not just tell me No that he couldn’t fix. Invoice number GCCS336026.
