Horacio and the finance manager were awesome! Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Horacio was attentive, up front, informative, and most importantly patient with me while I decided on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. No pressure from him at all. Additionally, Silver was great to work with as he made it a stress free experience and we shared good conversation the whole time. Absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market! They made for a friendly and relaxed environment throughout the experience!

This dealership gave me the worst deal of my life when I went to finance department they came out with a lame excuse that gm did not approve my loan, it was a lie the whole experience was horrible my salesman was definitely not working on my best interest but the dealership and for that I.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

Was very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Sale reps very courteous and knowledgeable. Did like the fact I was not stuck there for hours. It's was also the Car Bravo side of jessup-chavez dealership.
