The worst dealership around. They steal from the customers, sell cars that won't pass emissions, and lie about the whole thing. I purchased a vehicle through this car lot. Could not even test drive the vehicle that they put me in ( not the one I applied for) Within 2 days the check engine light came on. I told the salesmen about the check engine light and a couple other problems I was having with the vehicle and all they could say to me was that they didn't have a copy of my proof of income or my driver's license. What dealer would let a customer drive a vehicle off their lot without having these 2 absolute vital things needed to secure financing? Apparently one FSL MOTORS. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO PUTTING ME INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE AND THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY $500 DOWN PAYMENT. THEY ARE PREDATORS. THE SALESMAN CHRIS KNEW THAT I AM BATTLING STAGE 4 METASTATIC BREAST CANCER AND THAT IM 60 YEARS OLD. HE KNEW THAT THE DOWN PAYMENT WAS HALF OF MY MONTHLY INCOME YET DOES NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT... THEY HAVE CAUSED ME TO MISS MY CANCER TREATMENTS AND CONTINUE TO PUT MY LIFE AT RISK. SO THEY MAY BE A FAMILY RAN BUSINESS BUT THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT A CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS. THEY ARE PREDATORS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY... DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE CROOKS AND LIARS..
