Prompt and easy scheduling. Drop off was efficient and easy. Communication was prompt on the status, what was found, recommendations on issues found with clear explanations why they are necessary, and the status of work/repairs.

I'm not happy with the Interest rate I was promised, they

I'm not happy with the Interest rate I was promised, they quoted a lower rate and when I looked at my paperwork the next morning to let them know, no one called me back I tried to call for a couple of days. When I came in to get the vehicle I purchased they told me that it was to late.
