We were pleased with service, but there was some

We were pleased with service, but there was some confusion with getting the new car ready once we got our insurance cleared. Sean was good and answered our questions. All in all very pleased.

Shawn was an excellent person to work with and very

Shawn was an excellent person to work with and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get me in my vehicle that day, giving of his own personal time to make that happen. His dedication to customer service as well as the dealerships is well deserved of a 5 star waiting. Angel from finance was amazing as well to make this all happen as well as securing me an additional discount for which I qualified for and a reduction in the interest rate. Great job, my hat goes off to this pleasant experience. I loved my 2010 Crosstour with 317,681 miles on it, but it was time and Shawn showcased my options and listened to my needs to make this happen. If I could grant these 2 employees Employee of the year I would in a heartbeat.
