Burlington Subaru

Going into the process of purchasing a car, I was very overwhelmed and my nerves were high. But Sara’s welcoming and genuinely positive disposition made it so much easier and turned the entire process into one that I was excited about! Anyone who meets her can tell she’s a very sincere person who wants everyone to get a positive experience out of a usually stressful time (which is why I walked out with a car). I suggest that if you’re ever over at Subaru and want your visions to be met, ask for Sara!

I purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester and there was a chip in the windshield. Aiden made an appointment with the service desk to have it fixed. I received the appt within a week. They gave me a loaner car to use while they repaired the windshield. Maria the service rep was very helpful in helping me with loaner car. It was completed in a few hours. Everyone was very hospitable. Thank you Subaru!

Had a service appointment for an oil change and engine air filter, but a couple other issues were discovered that needed immediate attention. Fortunately they were able to take care of them today since I've had to be on the road most days for the past 3 months and don't have much extra time. Brandin Jones, my service advisor, was very good at explaining what needed attention now and also a few months from now. The paperwork given to me at the end of my visit also seemed more detailed than usual. It was a long wait, but not their fault. I'm happy to have it fixed and feel more confident about the long trips I have to keep making. Thanks to Brandin and the service team!

Visited Burlington Subaru looking for a 2026 BRZ ts. I worked with Hannah to ensure that the car was what I wanted (it was!) and the process was very quick and painless. She showed me the car, we talked about the details and I made an offer. I'm now driving my brand new Glacier White BRZ and loving it. This is the first car I've purchased in decades that was not a Mazda. My experience with the dealership is as important to me as the vehicle and South Burlington Mazda failed me when I bought my last Mazda. Likewise Heritage Toyota (the GR86 is the same car as the BRZ with a slightly different setup) was rude and off-putting. I'm very happy with the decision and know that when I'm looking for another sports car Hannah will be my first call.

Maria was both kind and efficient She had ideas about to deal with a bad oil change which contributed to leaking She was a pleasure to work with!!
