Micayla, my service rep, was absolutely fabulous. She was friendly, explained issues with my car in an approachable way, and apologized for it being late. Stellar service!

I walked in and asked Nikki if she worked there because I was not bombarded with sales people as I had been at other dealerships. She immediately brought me to her cubicle and offered refreshments. She politely listened to me explain what I was looking for asking questions for clarification and preferences. We finished by setting a follow-up meeting the next Monday. On that day she was again hospitable and listened carefully to my requests for our final meeting that Wednesday. On that day we discussed the " homework" I left her before regarding financing and the car models. Everything went smoothly and I was well informed by Nikki of what the dealer could do for me. I am very happy with the Forester and am looking forward to a trouble free lease of it. Robert in financing also did a wonderful job especially with explaining options and recommendations. They both deserve a raise!

Nick, the service rep I dealt with on Tuesday, August 18, was friendly and efficient and, after an oil change was done (the only thing needed) went through the diagnostic items and explained them, telling me nothing additional needed to be done but a coupled of items should be looked at with the next regular service in 6 months. I find the diagnostic items done with my regular service very helpful and why I will continue to use the company.

Just had a very pleasant experience with a 10 month visit inspection and other work. I got a quick appointment. Ashley and the other folks were friendly and got the job done in 4 hours...excellent service

I recently purchased my fourth Subaru from Burlington Subaru. I worked with Aidan White and I was extremely happy with the entire experience. Aiden is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly understood my needs. He was able to help me get into a new Forrester hybrid while helping to negotiate a very fair trade for my outback. I would highly recommend working with him. Should anyone choose to go to this dealership. Everyone there collaborates to make this experience, extremely pleasant.

I had such a great experience buying my new car thanks to Lindsay! She was friendly and listened to what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Ashley was the person I dealt with when has my car recently had the State Inspection at the Subaru Dealership on Shelburne Road. She signed me in and explained the wait time and showed where I could sit while my inspection was being done. She made me feel at ease with her knowledge of the service review procedure. When Service was completed Ashley checked me out after she reviewed with me all the points of the inspection. I highly recommend this Subaru Dealership on Shelburne Road.
