I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff at Hendrick Chevrolet was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Our salesman, Jacob Black, was great to work with and did an excellent job explaining everything and making the buying process easy. Luis Moreno, who handled our financing, was exceptional. He was professional, thorough, and made the finance portion of the purchase simple and straightforward. From start to finish, including trading in our vehicle, we were in and out in less than four hours—which is phenomenal when purchasing and trading a vehicle. Thank you to Jacob, Luis, and the entire Hendrick Chevrolet team for a great experience. I will definitely visit them again when it’s time to purchase my next vehicle. Highly recommend!
