I was at an outdoors show recently and stopped by the GM/Chevrolet promo booth where I filled out some information regarding a possible future purchase. I then received an email and phone call asking when I would like to come in for a test drive to receive a $50 Amazon gift card for coming in. Since I was still at the trade show, I told the salesperson that I would schedule an appointment the following week. When I called to schedule the test drive, I was informed that the General Manager had no idea of any $50 Amazon card promo even though I emailed the dealership the confirmation of the offer. There is a disconnect between Chevrolet and the dealership which came of as dishonest to me which resulted in me not ever considering a purchase from this dealership or Chevrolet.

When I called to pay, I was surprised the oil change cost only $50, so I scheduled the same for my 2016 Chevy truck. Your service team exceeded expectations. They also replaced both the air and cabin filters on both vehicles, which saved me effort and stress.
