Only experienced service side of the dealership and while the situation of waiting on a transmission wasn’t great (supplier issue), Toby was very helpful in explaining the repairs needed, working with warranty company and keeping me informed by calling several times. Appreciated it a lot.

Nice Dealership. Truck was supposed to have new oil. And filters I was told. Someone at the dealership was using it to pull a trailer. Oil was down to 60% oil life. Truck was sold on the Hyundai side instead of the Ford side. The Hyundai people weren’t up-to-date on Ford pick up truck knowledge. Stone chips on the truck weren’t mentioned til I saw them on arrival. They gave me a stone chip paint pen, which will behelpful when I repair the stone chips. Truck was listed with 10,000 miles at 11,000 when I got there. Good people working out the kinks of being New owners of the dealership.
