I purchased a 2017 focus rs sight unseen. Was told it was in great condition. The car was shipped and I received it. Turns out that the people in sales ain't very honest. Was told it had no rust but the mufflers are rusted out and the lug nuts on the back driver tire was not tight and almost lost a wheel at 10:30 at night in the rain. Never mentioned the missing head rest, broken shift knob, broken trunk latch. Curb rash on the wheels. The make out the title paper work to a county that I don't live and and now been waiting for a new check for 3 + weeks now and my tag is about to be out of date. And it's missing all the inner finders so water and dirt gets slung all under the hood and the car came off the truck low on oil. The dealership told me that I was getting a great deal but today on 6-26-2026 contacted the dealership and the person who did my loan told me that I didn't get a good deal coming from the same person that told me that I got a great deal. Not a honest or a straight forward dealership.

Sales rep was really nice and professional. Did a good job with us but unwilling to negotiate because they want their commission check. Finance person was nice and quick with his job but when it came to submitting the paperwork to the financial institution it has taken over 2 weeks and still has not paid off my trade in vehicle and took several hours to return a phone call and my current financial institution that had my previous loan has also reached out to try and get paid and took several hours to get a response. Wish they would speed up the process of paying off existing loans to prevent from being called when the payment issue is not the customers fault.

Even though I was over 500 miles away, I had found the perfect car for my needs on Manhattan Ford’s website. Tim in sales was great from the first phone call. He answered all of my questions honestly and with transparency. He took the time to take pictures and videos of the car as requested to accommodate the fact that I couldn’t be there in person. Very professional through and through. Haggle friendly and both sides came out of the deal as a winner. Great car buying experience!

Eddie Nuss is a very good salesman thru and thru....made the deal very easy and was a pleasure to work with. I recommend giving him a call if your interested in a new/used vehicle.

The salesman was a nice young man named Nick, the only thing I would have liked was to have known that there was only one key fob before we drove 6 hours from Arkansas, but after the deal was done we were assured that the local family had the extra key fob and it would be mailed to us. We heard nothing for several days and when I inquired about it they said unfortunately the family didn’t have it or couldn’t find it, so then where the disappointing part comes from and low rateing is I have called countless times trying to see if they could help getting a key fob, and I have yet to get someone to even call me back. So just before posting this I tried one more time and got hung up on again, very poor service.

I had regular service visits, and was always very pleased. When I went for my 5th oil change, the service department told me they wouldn't punch my rewards card because the dealership had changed ownership and they didn't know if they were going to honor the rewards. It would have been my last punch before receiving a free oil change. I called when it was time to schedule my next service and asked if they were honoring the punch cards. Bob, in the service department said they would not. I told him that was unfortunate and I would have to find another place to get it serviced. He replied "Hmmph." and hung up on me. I tried to call back to make a complaint and talk to someone in charge. The person in sales that answered my call transferred me to a line that said the voicemail was full. I tried to call back 2 more times and the call went directly to "full voicemail". I had always been happy with the service, but apparently the new ownership has had a negative effect on the dealership. I was very pleasant when I called, even when I said it was unfortunate I would have to go elsewhere. There was no need for the rude response.

Will not do business with them again. Had issues after the sale, contacted the saleman about it, he said he would talk to his manager and get back with me but never did and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back.

I took my 2019 F-150 to Max Ford as it was experiencing some rough shifting in several gears. I mentioned to the service department that I had read information online that perhaps resetting the adaptive tables could potentially help and to start by trying that. I also mentioned that I had not serviced the transmission with a flush and filter change, and perhaps this could help. I received a callback that they were able to duplicate the hard shifting that I had mentioned and that neither the flush or resetting of the adaptive tables would help, and that the only option was to purchase a new transmission at the small price of $10,000. Well, I was able to work with a friend who had the scanner to reset the adaptive tables, and....... voila, problem fixed. I will not only never take my truck to this dealership, I will recommend to everyone I know to do the same. So disappointing.

This is the worst dealership I have ever tried doing business. The sales manger Jerry Walsh is the most unprofessional Ford person I have ever dealt with and the salesperson Henry Bacon does not know a thing about Ford products. CAUTION! Do not trust Jerry Walsh's word on anything.

I had a terrible experience with a different dealership and was basically told my car was worth nothing and I was out of luck on getting a new one. One afternoon with these guys and they had me in a brand new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy! This is my dream car and they were a dream to work with! Everyone was helpful!
