I purchased a car remotely from this dealership for $35,000 and specifically asked the dealer to be my “eyes and ears” and make sure the car was in good condition before he shipped it to me. He agreed and I trusted they would be truthful. Instead, I received a car with significant problems, including safety and suspension issues, and I’ve already spent over $10,000 on repairs in two months. The dealer has treated me very poorly and provided no reasonable and meaningful help to me. Be very careful buying from this dealership and don’t trust them. I wish I had done my due diligence.

My first time buying a vehicle online. I sent an email. Avi contacted me. Then his associate, Fadi phoned; since Avi was getting married that weekend! Fadi was extremely helpful & both had pleasant personalities. It was white glove service. My SUV was delivered to my door & license plate is coming through mail. I'm extremely pleased with my choice & their service.

Placed a deposit on 2014 $1,000.00. Continued waiting on bill of sale. Was offered another vehicle by text. Thought it was strange. Emailed asking for bill of sale to complete transaction. Didn’t receive. When I called he said in 15 minutes I should have it. Still no bill of sale. Called back asking for bill of sale. He said they sold it to someone else??? Excuse me? I had made this purchase for my son as we just put insurance in place. They took my deposit and marked it sale pending immediately online. I have proof..in addition the seller said tell your son congratulations on his new Range Rover. To say I am beyond highly upset with the actions of this company would be an understatement. I plan on pursuing every legal avenue available to hold this company accountable. I highly recommend you not to do business with this company based on my experience. I sincerely question their Google reviews and their authenticity. We will find out. I will pursue this until this wrong is made right. I am not going away until they are held accountable for their actions and the mental anguish they have caused my son. This dealership is not honest or trustworthy. Zero integrity. Very bad experience. Treat me right, I tell a few people. Treat me wrong I tell everyone.

Great experience, very nice and welcoming environment. Salesman were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Unfortunately didn’t buy vehicle from them, decided on a different vehicle for my daughter then the one we went to see however, the experience was pleasurable.
