Wish I could give less than 1 star. After TWO DAYS of being yanked around, ignored, transferred, and repeatedly promised paperwork that never arrived, Carvibe managed to make buying a vehicle unnecessarily miserable. My husband was verbally given a deal for an out the door price. We already had financing secured and were ready to purchase - they literally just needed to honor the price and send the buyer’s order. Instead, after countless calls and excuses, they backtracked and suddenly refused to accept anything less than over our OTD price that was verbally agreed to. Let me tell you... Don't work with Lawrence OR Anna. Neither can keep promises made. This isn’t even about the additional money at this point. It’s about integrity. If your representative agrees to a price, HONOR IT. Don’t waste a customer’s time for two days, ignore repeated requests for paperwork, break your word, and then expect them to happily pay more. Their communication was absolutely pathetic. We had to chase them relentlessly just to get basic information while trying to hand them money. If this is how they treat customers BEFORE receiving their money, I can only imagine the nightmare afterward. Save yourself the aggravation. Carvibe does not meet the vibe. We are taking our financing - and our business - to a dealership capable of communicating honestly and doing what it says it will do.

I was prepared to purchase a 2018 Mercedes-AMG G63 from CarVibe Houston at their full asking price. I live in New York and was arranging and paying for enclosed transportation myself. I was also willing to pay Mercedes-Benz directly for a complete pre-purchase inspection before finalizing the sale. My only request was that CarVibe bring the vehicle approximately eight miles to the Mercedes-Benz dealership for the independent inspection. CarVibe would not have been responsible for the inspection cost or transportation to New York. According to salesman Adrian Lopez, the owner was fully aware of my request and personally refused to allow the vehicle to be taken to Mercedes-Benz. Their explanation was that they “didn’t have the manpower” to have someone make the eight-mile trip and leave the vehicle there for approximately two hours. This vehicle has apparently been sitting in their inventory while they claim to have received numerous inquiries. Nevertheless, even with a buyer agreeing to pay full asking price and cover the PPI and shipping, they were unwilling to make a reasonable accommodation that would have allowed the sale to proceed. I then called the dealership and asked to speak with management. The receptionist refused to identify herself and would not put me through without first questioning why I wanted a manager. She said the general manager, whom she identified as Haley, was in a meeting with the sales team and told me to call back in half an hour. No manager offered to return my call. Although I had not given the receptionist my name, she recognized my telephone number and said my information was already in their system. I cannot say whether something is mechanically wrong with this particular vehicle, because CarVibe prevented me from having Mercedes-Benz independently inspect it. However, refusing a buyer-paid, manufacturer-dealership inspection—especially when the buyer has accepted the full asking price—is a serious red flag to me. A reputable dealership selling an older, high-mileage AMG should understand why an out-of-state buyer needs an independent PPI. Instead, CarVibe expected me to purchase and ship the vehicle to New York without allowing Mercedes-Benz to inspect it first. Based on my experience with Adrian Lopez, the receptionist, general manager Haley, and the owner’s reported decision, I would strongly advise any out-of-state buyer not to purchase a vehicle from CarVibe Houston unless the dealership first agrees in writing to an independent inspection by a facility chosen by the buyer.
