One of the worst car-buying experiences at this dealership. My daughter and I came in, agreed on a price, test drove the vehicle, sat down in the office, and even went through the credit application process. Then, out of nowhere, a lady come in and we were told she had come in wanting to buy the exact same car. Suddenly, the price increased by over $2,000. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Whether this was a coordinated sales tactic or just a complete lack of integrity, I can’t say for sure. What I do know is that the deal we were given at the beginning was no longer honored once we were invested in the process. We chose to walk away rather than reward that kind of business practice. If you value honesty, transparency, and dealerships that stand behind their quoted prices, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. Stay clear of this dealership.
