Write a reviewI have had nothing but a bad experience with this dealership. My Bentley has had been in for a speaker replacement on a premium ($10,000) sound system on two occasions. First car was in for 4+ weeks and they replaced a broken speaker with another broken speaker. Total incompetence in my opinion. Took it back to get the NEW broken speaker replaced and now after 5 weeks they tell me it will be another 2 weeks due to recalibration of ????. I will update as progress is made however at this time I would not recommend this brand or company.

Significant Undisclosed Accident & Failure of Dealer Standards: Lamborghini Urus We purchased a Lamborghini Urus from Fields Motorcars Bellevue expecting the transparency, elite service, and rigorous inspection standards of an authorized dealer. Unfortunately, our experience has been a staggering departure from those professional benchmarks. After taking delivery and conducting a professional post-sale inspection, we discovered a significant undisclosed front-end accident. The inspection revealed: Structural Front Hood Damage: Evidence of a prior collision that was not disclosed during the sale. Concealed Defects: Extensive paint damage and chips hidden under the PPF on the front end. Safety Omissions: A cracked windshield impacting the vehicle’s structural integrity and ADAS sensor calibration. Critical to this matter: We have since corresponded via text with our salesperson, who explicitly acknowledged and agreed that there were undisclosed issues with the vehicle at the time of sale. Despite this admission of fault, we have called and left two detailed messages for the General Manager, Alex Samsonov, over the course of this week. We have received zero response or return of our messages. For a vehicle of this caliber and price point, an undisclosed accident is a material misrepresentation that drastically impacts safety and market value. We are documenting all findings and text correspondence. While we remain hopeful that Fields will rectify this immediately to restore our confidence, we are prepared to escalate this to Lamborghini Americas Corporate for a franchise audit and the Washington State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Prospective buyers: Insist on a third-party PPI before finalizing any deal here. We look forward to a prompt response from Mr. Samsonov.

Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.
