I very highly recommend Walser Kia. Their prompt, personable and professional service is greatly appreciated. They completed a major install and repairs well under the estimated timeline and cost. They provided a loaner vehicle and an inspection video of our vehicle that included the reasons for their recommendations. I want to especially commend and thank Service Advisor Logan Klohs for initiating and coordinating successful outcomes while providing excellent customer service and support, and the technicians for their exceptional skills.

The staff are friendly & helpful. Early morning appointments make dropping off & pick-up a reality. The location is great, I don’t have to drive across the metro to get my car serviced or repaired.

Logan was my main contact and he was terrific. His co-workers, not so much. I had to wait nearly 4 hours because the parts department screwed up. Martin, the manager took a paltry amount off my bill and when confronted, he neither explained nor apologized. I'll never use this service center again.
