Dealt with Damien Merica. Had a super good experience. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. Mr.Merica goes above and beyond in his roll he’s an awesome dude and made my experience great! He left little gifts for me in the car after I got it and even threw a bow on it so we could take fun pictures with it. Customer service was superb will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I'd never bought a car and had several questions about how accomplish that. When I called Seelye on 9th, a guy named Cary Hindley answered and was willing to talk to me for 10 or 15 minutes. Gave me his direct number if I had any more questions. I did and he answered promptly, always friendly, always had answers for me. A human being willing to sit still and answer questions seems to be getting rarer these days but I appreciate it. When I selected a car, he brought from the Kia location to the 9th Street location to make it easier for us to test drive, then ran back to the Kia dealer to get the title and double check if there were extra keys when we decided to buy it. Carey also gave us a heads-up that add-on services were available but some could be added later, which reduced sales pressures. We were paying by check, so the whole purchasing process only took about 1.5 hours, during which were able to transfer registration from our old car to the new car which saved a trip to the secretary of state office. We Ubered to the dealership and so were able to put the plate from the old car on the new car and drive off with our temporary insurance and registration papers. We got the title in the mail a few days ago and verified the registration transfer on the SOS website. Smooth experience.
