Had my vehicle serviced at Monroe Nissan. They were transparent about timing, cost of various services up front, and got it done quickly. I appreciated this as its not always the case.

Great experience and a great car. Customer service and salesman were the best part of the car buying. Glad I went Nissan of Monroe and the salesman was Brandan.

I really enjoyed the time spent with Nissan of Monroe buying my new car. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Everyone there will make sure that you are getting the best experience in buying a new vehicle. I have to say that everybody there was on point.

NEVER purchase from this dealership. My cars head Gasket blew within 2 hours of purchase. They have had my car two weeks to fix it, and it will be another week. Talked to so many people who have had bad issues with this dealership. One persons car blew up the day after purchase. Another persons transmission blew after not even a month. The sale cars that are not dependable at all. They even tried to get me to pay $4000 more due to reconditioning fee. They did nothing to the vehicle.

Let me start off by saying I am happy with my truck no complaints bout it , but will NEVER recommend this place. Unless you like getting scam with these bonker fees. Very friendly until they sell you the car with no honesty or integrity. The director of financing lied in my face when I said whats this reconditioning fee and why I’m I paying for this I never paid this any where else.. (he’s words oh every dealership does this.. (me:) no I want it off (him: it required) smh.. Not a good place to buy a vehicle. If I knew what I know I would have kept my trade in and went elsewhere. They use deceptive techniques to pack fees into sale prices. Run from this place. Fee like reconditioning fee and service contract which I said I clearly don’t want. All my fee’s totaling an extra 7557.25 adding 7-8k in "market adjustments" on top of what they list their used cars.. now I’m stuck in a $50,827.68 when the truck was only $34,560 its sicking how y’all are doing people will be definitely refinancing as soon as possible and definitely filing a complaint with BBB, disgusting money, hungry business will try to get you for every little penny.. I should have known something was wrong bout this place when the owner parks a yellow Lamborghini out front.. smh it just screams out scammer..
