It seems BAIT & SWITCH is this company's M.O. all the way around!!! I received a "lotto" ticket from them, and it appeared that I'd won, so I went in to claim my prize only to be told by one of the MANY reps there looking to swindle people into a car deal that is the tactic they use to get people into the dealership. I wasn't there to buy a car or even be offered one. I was there for one thing ONLY, and that was to claim my prize. After taking about as much personal info I would give this guy, he took me to the back to a "prize board" to see if the number hidden off to the side of my "lotto ticket" was one of the numbers on the board, and of course it wasn't. I was given a $2 bill and sent on my way. If you receive this GARBAGE in the mail, please don't waste your time with it or this company. ANY company that uses BAIT & SWITCH tactics on ANY level isn't to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was searching for a Honda Accord and found one listed at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment and drove 30 minutes from St. Louis City with the clear intention of inspecting and purchasing the vehicle. When I arrived, the situation was completely disorganized—the car was not even at the dealership. The sales associate asked me to go to their other location, which was an additional 15 minutes away. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed. However, before any arrangements were made or the vehicle was shown, the dealership manager approached us in a rude and dismissive manner, questioning our needs unprofessionally. Instead of focusing on the vehicle, he immediately shifted the conversation to financing and then abruptly refused to show the car at all. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and disrespectful behavior wasted my time and showed a complete lack of customer care.

Deceptive is the main word to describe this dealership. So much went wrong. Price was higher than advertised, lied about financing and trade in amount. Worst experience ever purchasing a car. I have been trying to reach a manager for two weeks now.

Bait and switch. Advertised price on Cars.com was $51,760 for 2025 Ram Rebel 1500. Confirmed price with dealer. Went to dealership to testdrive vehicle. Offer to purchase, $68,372.10. Shady.... Cars.com confirmed my claim. Cars.com states they cannot force dealerships to sell at advertised prices but recommended I leave a review to warn potential buyers. If you come across this dealership.....move along.
