My son was interested in a Jeep here and called to verify it was available to come look at that evening as we live an hour and a half away. Kyler, the salesman, said yes and made plans to come look at it. Once we arrived there he could not find it and eventually realized it was sitting outside the shop with a flat tire and we could not test drive it and would have to drive back the next day. 3 hours of driving because the salesman was clueless. Came back the next day, test drove it, and decided to but it. We brought up cracks in the windshield and Kyler assured us they would take care of them and would not sell it like that. Next day after my son got the loan from the credit union and he contacted the salesmen to let him know he had the money and would like to come out that night and get it if the windshield was fixed. Kyler informed him that since it was just a “scuff” they would not fix the windshield. Since we already had the money in hand we went out there and showed the two big cracks and he assured us the manager would come talk to us once he got off a conference call and work something out. So we started paperwork in the meantime. Afterwards we asked about the manager and was told he was not there, which was weird because he was just on a conference call supposedly. Bought the Jeep and figured lesson learned with that dealership. 3 days later check engine light came on so we messaged Kyler who said he would check on it and get back to us. 4 days later after not hearing back we messaged him again and was told to call the shop because he does know anything about cars. No attempt to resolve the issue and I am pretty sure the code was cleared out before we got there. Would not recommend doing business here. Salesmen was very smug, arrogant liar.

I live in Smithville Mo and drive to Woody's in Chillicothe Mo to get my van fixed. They even give me a loaner car while mine is being repaired. Brandon Harvey is so nice as well as being very professional. I would highly recommend Woody's for any of your service needs. Thank You, Ken & Sue Talley

The dealership had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. We drove over an hour to check out a few cars my daughter was interested in. After driving a couple of them she decided on a 2020 Mitsubishi mirage g4 with just over 20,000 miles. We felt it was a good deal and when we had some issues with the car a couple days after the purchase, woody's worked with us to get the issues resolved and insure we were satisfied with our vehicle purchase.

I was working with a salesman for 2 weeks trying to set up a deal before making the 3 hour drive to trade in my truck and purchase a new one from Woody's. I made it clear that I did not want to waste an entire day driving and not have something in place before scheduling an appointment. I was more than willing to put a deposit down to hold the truck until I could get there, but they insisted on me coming in, so against my better judgement I made an appointment, planned an entire day around it. 1.5 hours into my 3 hour drive, I get a text saying that they sold the truck. This is after getting a text from 3 different people at the dealership the day before wanting to confirm my appointment. So after wasting an entire day and a tank of gas, all I got was an "Oops sorry". Stay away from this dealer! They are dishonest and their word means absolutely nothing!

I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but I have never been treated like royalty until I walked on to WOW Woody's Dealership lot. I've got to tell you these folks are something else from my salesperson Jason and Polly to the managers involved with my deal. Extremely easy transaction & everything was taken care of. I highly recommend these folks. I did have a little problem with the vehicle after I got it home and I informed them and they took care of it 100%. Talk about the "WOW" experience.... Thank you again Polly for going above and beyond with your follow-up calls to make sure I was taken care of. I've got to tell you after my transaction, I definitely said "WOW" quite a few times. I definitely will be purchasing from this dealership again in the future. WOW WOODY'S is the place to go for all your automotive needs all the way around. These people are great to deal with and definitely give you the service with a smile.
