Worst service ever my truck came out in worse shape than it went in Took it in for an alignment because a certified mechanic put new ball joints in they told me they couldn’t do the alignment because I needed new ball joints so I went to get my truck and they had broke my break control it was hanging by the cords. No mention of it until I found it and ask why then the air bag light was on so I ask what was going on was told there was a recall for the air bag but they broke the switch and the back light so it wasn’t making a complete circuit. So the things they broke wile working on things I didn’t ask to be done they didn’t fix and the attitude was oh well there it is So over all negative 5 stars I’ll never go back not only for this experience but one other bad encounter with woodies in the past

You absolutely do not want my review on this purchase. Inside of 40 days of owning this vehicle, I've already had to replace the engine costing me yet another 8 thousand dollars. At this point I am already invested almost twice the value of this vehicle and there's still more to come. Let alone no solutions were available and no help was received in solving this problem. Now there is a catch in the rear end and I'm positive that will be all on me too. I won't return to buy a other vehicle from woodys in Chillicothe, and I will urge anyone else to stray away from it too.
