The dealership never responded to my inquiry for

The dealership never responded to my inquiry for information about the vehicle. I decided I don't want to do business with this company anyway. Several years ago my son bought a jeep from this dealership. My son paid $20,000 cash. When he went to drive the jeep home we discovered the jeep didn't have a drop of gas in it. We were freaking out because the jeep wouldn't start and the dealership refused to help my son. We had to go get gas in a gas can and bring it back to start it. This dealership should know that letting a vehicle sit with no gas in it is very hard on the vehicle. When I emailed them they refused to take any responsibility or compensate in any way. I have never seen such poor service from any dealership!

Purchased my last 2 Dodge Ram pickups from Woody’s, it’s a 4 and half hour drive from my home, but worth the trip! Look forward to seeing the fantastic folks at Woody’s for my next truck.

We made several visits looking for a vehicle, test

We made several visits looking for a vehicle, test driving a handful of different models at varying prices. We met with Brecken and Jason and had a great experience. The first time I went I wasn't even thinking about buying yet and they never pressured me into making a purchase or choosing a specific vehicle. The day we finally bought, Jason was super helpful and met our financial needs at every turn. Also, they offer water bottles and have a tumbler fountain which may seem like a weird thing to review about but I'm a huge water drinker and we were there for a long time so I really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend, especially if you aren't 100% sure on what model or price range yet. They are really patient with you while you narrow that down!

Great experience at this dealer.

Great experience at this dealer. Had been wanting a newer low mileage Chrysler 300C for awhile. Found Woody’s on Cars.com last summer. They had 4 or 5 identical 300C’s, all with super low miles all manufacturer cars. I watched as they all slowly sold. The other day, I noticed only one was left. I had to jump on it before someone else did…lol. Made the journey from the Chicago area with my Dad. Long ride at 6.5 hours one way, but in the end it was worth it! I had communicated with Polly over text after putting in my credit app online and let her know I’d be down the next day. She set me up with Paul who took care of me at the dealer. Very easy process, had paperwork signed and keys in hand less than 2 hours later. Shout out to Polly and Paul for taking care of me! I love the car, it’s freakin awesome!

5 months later and this car has been nothing but AWESOME! You don’t see many late model 300C’s with the V8 anymore, especially the non blacked out C version. I much prefer the classic chrome wood and leather look. Added a few tasteful mods, stainless pillars, clear LED front and rear side marker lights, etc. Soon to add subs and tints. Just turned over 18k miles and I love getting into the car every day to drive it! Many thanks to Polly, Paul, and the rest of the great team at Woody’s Automotive! It was a long drive from Chicago, but I got a great deal, and the customer service was second to none! Thanks Woodys!’
